Medical Doctor, Ear, Nose & Throat

Jens is a medical doctor (MD) specialised in ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat). He has over 15 years experience in the medical field working as an ENT surgeon, in primary care, and accident & emergency medicine. He has studied at the CHEK institute in the UK and functional medicine via The Kresser Institute in the USA. His studies and experience have provided him with a well rounded holistic approach to medicine, fitness and lifestyle.

He took a break from his role as a doctor in 2015. Because of his passion for acting, he went to Los Angeles and trained as an actor at the Stella Adler Academy in Hollywood. From his own experience, he has learned how important it is for human longevity to be in motion and find balance from a holistic perspective to perform at the highest level.
