Do you suffer brain fog, low mood or anxiety? Are you worried about becoming more forgetful? Do you feel tired all the time? If so, come along and find out what nutrition and lifestyle approach you can adopt to support your brain health.
Brain Health is a nutrition and lifestyle programme starting on January 29th, 2020 (6 occasions, 2 hours/week). The purpose is to optimize your wellbeing, memory and mood.
